I made this table for a recent exhibition having thought about the design for some time. I wanted to make use of some stunning holm oak I have had for several years and knew it would be great for the details of such a piece. This table marries a simple modernity with echoes of Art Deco furniture. The attachment of the legs to the top is a key feature of the design and the subtle curves give the piece warmth.
